Handpaper original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped by me using Royal Mail First Class Signed For, which includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch

• Europe & International: Currently UK shipping only (please get in touch if you're outside the UK)

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been sent, along with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Each original artwork is handmade with care and intention, making it a one-of-a-kind piece. Because of its unique and delicate nature, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on original works.

However, if your piece arrives damaged in transit, please email me at samanthajaynepeberdy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order details — I’ll do my best to resolve the issue and offer a suitable solution.
